FITNESS

We all have a long history with movement. We start with small muscles in our body such as learning how to breastfeed/bottle feed, crawl, cruise, walk, and eventually run! God designed us to have the ability to move and I firmly believe it is a gift he has given to us. this is why it's one of my greatest passions to encourage my clients and community to incorporate movement and worship in all they do and honoring God in doing so. It's a great way to be thankful for our health and do his good works that he planned for us for our greater purpose. 

 

Through my personal history with ballet, dancing, exercise, sports, and group fitness certifications I have discovered the beautiful connection between our mind, body, and Spirit as well as the backing from the science and research. Moreover, when we exercise and move our body, we tend to make smarter decisions in our day so we are more likely to feel better, fight disease, and reach optimal health.

 

You don’t need to be running marathons or heavy lifting to be fit, you just need to move your body more often.

My goal is to support you and hold you accountable to your personal fitness goals, and bring you to a place where working out is not a task anymore. Rather, a habit that you don't think twice about it.

Fitness Group

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES:

Praise & Flow is a worship-driven class, fusing low-impact, high intensity movements.  The goal of this class is to honor God with the body he gave us and our ability to move. 

 It doesn't matter your age, body type, or fitness level. All are welcome!

 

My purpose in all my group fitness classes is to strengthen your mind, body, and spirit, and to create a community of friendly connection, encouragement, and personal breakthroughs. ​

  • 55 minute Group Class: $100

  • 30 minute Group Class: $60
