Do you have co-occurring dreams?
Those you never want to wake up and those you pray you forget?
I have đđŒââïž and let me tell you, journaling about it has helped me see thereâs an ongoing theme:
Water đ : oceans, seas, rivers, tornadoes, storms, and then deep calmness running in between my feet from low tide.

I have always liked the ocean.
I love the depth and power it holds behind such a vast and beautiful creation. In the Bible, we read so many stories about water as a symbol of purification, renewal, rebirth such as baptism; the Red Sea representing Godâs rescue for his people, the miracle of Jesus of turning water into wine, the Great Flood, or one of my favorite stories when Jesus meets with the Samaritan woman and tells her if she drinks from His water, she will never thirst (John 4).
My prayer as I find personal meaning for water and discerning what God is speaking to me, is that just as the sea is vast, unexplored, mysterious, and so much that we donât know, that my faith remains just like the mustard seed kind of faith, that it only continues to grow and expand in my heart.
Jesus said: âFor truly, I say to you, if you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, âMove from here to there,â and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you.â Matthew 17:20 ESV
Lastly, as I seek to meditate in the Lord and draw near an ocean I find peaceful, calming, and gives me a sense of purity and self-control, I pray that the cleaning, everlasting water of Jesus fills me, trusting it will never run out and that it overflows out of me so that He can be magnified for those around me; especially through the season Iâm about to face.
Shalom âđœ
Maria
